July 18, 2008	Milcor transitions all roof access hatches and rooftop heat & smoke vents to the low-VOC water-based white paint to help designers meet current LEED requirements.
June 26, 2008	Milcor introduces Heat and Smoke Vents with a highly reflective pre-painted baked enamel white finish to help designers meet current LEED requirements.  In addition to the highly-reflective white enamel finish, Milcor uses steel manufactured from 90% recycled content in all rooftop product manufacturing.  Other Milcor products that can help designers achieve their LEED requirements are the UL-SEE and UL-SKY Heat and Smoke Vents which have flat panel or domed covers which allow natural light to enter interior spaces.
